The CPSC has sent news of three recalls this morning.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission has voted unanimously to ban the manufacture, sale and re-sale of the cribs, which have a side rail that moves up and down, allowing parents to more easily lift their child from the crib.

According to the CPSC, these hooded sweatshirts for kids have been recalled due to strangulation hazard.

This morning, The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued several voluntary recalls.
According to the CPSC, the reins on this horse-on-a-stick toy could wrap around a child's neck and pose a strangulation hazard.

The recalled Ethan Allen, Angel Line and Victory Land Heritage Collection 3-in-1 cribs have drop-sides that can detach due to faulty hardware or wear and tear, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. This can create a gap where young children can be trapped or suffocated.

The deaths of four infants has prompted a major stroller recall. According to the The Consumer Product Safety Commission, popular baby gear manufacturer, Graco, is recalling 2 million of it's Quattro and Metrolite strollers.

Risk of entrapment and strangulation prompted this voluntary recall.
These strollers were sold at Babies R Us, Burlington Coat Factory, Kmart, Sears, Target and other stores nationwide between November 2000 and December 2007.

"Working in consultation with the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Kellogg Company (NYSE:K) is implementing a voluntary recall of certain breakfast cereals due to an uncharacteristic off-flavor and smell coming from the liner in the package. Only products with the letters "KN" following the Better If Used Before Date are included in the recall. "
